The pressure values listed apply to hoses only.
The pressure reduction factor must be taken into account from 50 °C.
(Max. working pressure = working pressure x factor)
Temp.: 100 °C / 150 °C / 200 °C
Factor: 0.95 / 0.90 / 0.83
If the hose assembly is being used as steam hose, the maximum operating pressure is 14 bar (203 psi) and the temperature +250 °C (+482 °F)
Temperature correction factors water vapour:
Temp.: 20 °C / 100 °C / 150 °C / 200 °C
Factor: 1.0 / 0.95 / 0.90 / 0.83.
With dynamic load the bend radius should be doubled at minimum. The radius should be adapted according to the conditions.
KTF-hoses do not have a cover and wires are not corrosion-protected. The usage as a sole hose assembly without measures, which excludes corrosion of the wires, is not permitted due to possible risk of injuries and can lead to failure of the hose assembly.
