Het belangrijkste kenmerk is de geïntegreerde doseerpomp, waarmee vloeistoffen kunnen worden geanalyseerd in zowel systemen onder druk als systemen zonder druk. Dit maakt een snelle en nauwkeurige beoordeling ter plaatse mogelijk van het verontreinigingsniveau op mobiele machines. Daarnaast is de HKPART-ZCML4 geschikt voor stationaire toepassingen in industriële omgevingen, bijvoorbeeld hydraulische systemen, evenals voor systemen op het gebied van gedecentraliseerde energievoorziening (bijvoorbeeld noodstroomgeneratoren). Dankzij de krachtige batterij kan de compacte, lichte en robuuste HKPART-ZCML4 de hele dag in het veld worden gebruikt met slechts één acculading. De zelfverklarende gebruikersinterface maakt intuïtieve bediening binnen enkele minuten mogelijk. Dit wordt gecompleteerd door een intern geheugen waarmee tot 4.000 gegevensrecords kunnen worden gearchiveerd. Voor gedetailleerde analyses en het genereren van rapporten kunnen deze via de USB-interface of geheugenstick worden overgezet naar een PC en geanalyseerd met de bekroonde “CMP View” software.
