Schroefkoppelingen zijn berekend op hoge druk en drukimpulsen.
Aangeraden worden om alleen koppelingen van dezelfde fabrikant te combineren.

Bij correcte montage dekt de schroefhuls de remring volledig af.
Door de zelfborgende schroefdraad wordt onbedoeld lostrillen voorkomen.
Door de robuuste constructie zijn ze voor zware toepassingen geschikt.
